Abstract (EN)

This research was conducted in Bursa Uludağ University Agriculture Faculty to determinate the inheritance of some agricultural traits in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) by Jinks- Hayman type diallel analysis. In this research, plant height, spike length, spikelet number/spike, seed number/spike, 1000 kernel weight were investigated on F1 plant and their parents. As a result of the research, it was determineted that both additive and non-additive gene effects fort he plant height and spike lenght characteristics, dominant gene effect in the spikelet number/spike, seed number/spike, 1000 kernel weight were determined. The highest heritability at narrow sense was estimated for plant height (0,69); the lowest value was obtained for seed number/spike (0,11). The highest heritability at broad sense were estimated for spike length, plant height (0,79) . The lowest heritability was estimated for 1000 kernel weight ( 0,61). The highest heterosis value in the study was determined as % 48.8 in GoliaxBasribey hybrid and % 35.2 in AldanexPamukova hybrid with the highest heterobeltiosis value.
