Informalization process in economical activities and social policies for workers who engage in these activities

ABSTRACT Nowadays, the trend for the economic activities are informal because of the heavy competition in the globalization process of the World. In this period, the duty of the state is to protect individuals who are lack of social securities, by the social policies. However, in our country, employment, wages, social security and the regulations about the working conditions have been planned without considering the informal economic activities. Therefore, no effective solutions have been obtained, until now. The purpose of this study is to examine the existing problems about the informal economic policies and suggest some dynamic solutions for these problems.
