ABSTRACT This Views of lmam Al-Kurani Jurisprupence in The Book of Nikah (Marriage) Form His Book –Al-Kawthar Al-Jari A Comparative Study Thise papers has been prepared to highlight some of the jurisprudential and doctrinal views of sheikh Al-Kawarani,who had a great participation in the Islamic sciences and was one of the most prominent scholars of his thime .He has a promiment jurisprudentinal personality and diligence that can be observed im his famous book Al Kawthar .Al-Jari The Shaykh has highlighted and expressed his jurisprudencinal opinions on some issues and discussed them with evidences,analysis and ciriticism,especially on the issue of temporary marriage,( nikahe mutaa ) dowry ( Al-mahar ) looking to fiancee and its limits it is known that the consencus in reiligion and the cave on the doctrinal opinions or develop a great talent,and this study aims to highlight the efforts made dy the late jurists Imam Al kowrani about personal status which is one of the most important sections of jurisprudence. Also the papers hawe discovered that the most views of the Al kawrani,are approved of the great Imam Shafi`except some Jurist and founder of shafli school of founder of thought Muhammad din ldrees al-shafli except some of them,and the study wore the dress of comparative jurisprudence and comparison between Islamic school of thoughts,evidences and analysis.
