Abstract (EN)
Energyand Exergy Analysis in Elazıg Sugar Plant Inthisstudy, energy and exergy analysis sugar production stages were conducted using the data of 2015-2016 operational period for Elazig Sugar Plant. Energy and exergy analysis have importance in industrial applications. Increasing energy efficiency and regaining the wast energy using these analyses have been aimed. Taking the analyses results for each sugar production stage into account, efficient units were determined for Elazig Sugar Plant. The efficiency in Elazig Sugar Factory was calculated as %62.
