Abstract (EN)

Today, wireless technology has become much more important than the wire technology. Every part of our daily life, every square meter is full of with electromagnetic fields that are created by mobile phones, wireless internet modems, satellite communication systems and base stations. Although, this indispensable technology presents many facilities, it also has some drawbacks. There are many researches especially about human health issues. On the other hand, in medicine, this technology has many examples that are being used or on research process. From medicine to military systems, Elektromagnetic Fields Theory has limitless range of information. Also there are countless researches in many different areas about this technology. For instance, there are (confidential or not) researches about mind controlling and Active Denial Systems that defuse crowds. Neurons which are so important for human body?s neural communication are the leading actors of these technologies that are mentioned above. For both medicine and mind controlling or ADS examples, neurons are extremely important. In this research, we examine the interaction between electromagnetic fields and neurons and also we xivwill examine neuron as an example of an antenna. According to the results, it?s aimed to understand, observe and interpret the interaction precisely. Keywords: Electromagnetic Fields and waves, neurons, active denial systems, antenna, mind controllers
