Collecting of revenue and role player model in electronic-municipality system

In this thesis we ensure that collecting of all taxes has been done by internet and a modelhas been developed to carry out this. The concept of electronic municipality both inTurkey and in world has been examined and the terms e-government and e-municipalityhave been explained.In this study, the factors that are the role players for effectiveness of governance suchas; principles, the assessments of effects of actions, the way to serve to the employees, toencourage the understanding of public benefit and the mission of citizens to achieve thepublic goals have been handled.The characteristics of e-municipalities have been emphasized then it has been decided touse credit-card as a payment method. Later, data that were used in collecting of taxeshas been analyzed. Finally, collecting of taxes implementation has been written by usinga web programming language
