Using blockchain for electronic medical records

Some organizations in the health sector, these etc., which include the identity information of the patients applying to the institution, their rest reports and doctor's opinions the protocol, which keeps the data recorded as a result of the execution of medical procedures, uses patient logbooks. And the entries to these ledgers are made manually. In addition, monitoring, protecting and keeping the records in the books in this way is one of the most important issues that require attention. Making patient entries manually, taking into account the possibility of data loss, and the backup problem brought up the need for some innovations in this sector. Today, it is thought that many problems encountered in almost every sector have been solved with models supported by hardware and software, and it has been decided that a study should be carried out on this subject. In this study, an electronic health record (EHR) system is proposed by utilizing Blok zinciri technology. With this work to be done; Electronic health record, automating manual problems, minimizing data loss, protecting personal privacy are at the forefront.
