Factors affecting the use of electronic money investigation with the Utaut2 model

The goal of the study is to identify factors that affect the use of electronic money, analyze the benefits to users, and measure their levels of information. The study tested electronic currency with tehe utaut 2 model variables. Our data is available online with 600 resp ondents surveyed. For the reliability of the scales, the Cronbach Alfa Coefficient was used for analysis. Hypotheses have been tested with structural equilibrium analysis As a result of my study, it was concluded that electronic money users' performance, hedonic, price value, habit, trust variables have a positive affect on behavioral intention. The social impact is tahat the anxiety variable has a positive but negative effect. Social impact has been concluded that facilitating conditions do not affect the behavior of behavior, and facilitating conditions and habits do not affect use behavior.
