Abstract (EN)
Becoming an vital part of our life, electrical energy is used in working most of modern and technical equipments. Electrical energy, with producers, distributors and different servers, is so expensive both investments and serve up to the users. Provide the cost and increasing demand, it has been a necessity measuring the consumed energy from receiving part of the consumers and invoiced with considering of unit cost for continuity of energy quality. In addition to the working principle of electronic-electrical meters, GPRS communication system investigated with its support part of this Automatic Meter Reading and a sample application of this method has been realized by using the internet media. In reading the electronic-electrical meters with GPRS communication systems a new module circuit has been designed and examined by comparing the data have been obtained from different metering modes are which are used. Obtained results and further suggessions have been made to improve AMR systems for electronic-electrical meters. Key Words :GPRS , Electronic-Electric Meter, Usage of GPRS for measuring system and monitoring of electricity
