Abstract (EN)

In our study, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. Against lycopersici, mycorrhizal fungi species Funneliformis mossaea, Glomus cloidum, Glomus etunicatum, Glomus coledonium, Glomus intraradices, Rhizophagus clorus, Glomus fasciculatum and 3 commercial preparations (Symbion VAM, Endoroots, Myco UP) were found in tomato; The effects of different mycorrhizal fungi on root colonization, plant growth, disease formation against Fusarim wilt, changes in phenolic compounds were examined and disease formation was investigated. While the mycorrhizal species Glomus clodium was 80% effective in the application of mycorrhiza+FOL in the tomato plant, it showed a variation of 28-36% between the commercial preparations used, and no difference was observed with the control plant. On the other hand, in terms of root colonization, the highest colonization rate was 92.4% in Glomus coledium. In terms of plant height, green and root dry weights, an increase was observed among the mycorrhizal species produced with the effect of Glomus intraradices, while this increase was detected in Symbion VAM in commercial preparations. Three different inoculations of different mycorrhizal species were applied and the best colonization was observed in seed sowing. In terms of phenolic compounds, an increase was found in Funnelliformis mosseae (839𝜇g) in the defense mechanism against the disease.
