Abstract (EN)
The research is a new study in terms of examining the role of human resources management in achieving high-potential productivity. In recent years, Industry 4.0 has become more important and is on the agenda. The changing business world structure with Industry 4.0 has sought to uncover the difficulties encountered in this process after the theoretical knowledge in the application phase. The aim of this study is to draw attention to the role of human resource management in achieving high potential productivity in enterprises with the Industry 4.0 revolution. The fact that the subject has never been addressed in the Turkish academic literature makes the study important. The basic hypotheses in the study are as follows: G1A: Human Resource Managements that internalize industrial development are more effective in increasing high potential productivity. G1B: Human Resource Management, which internalizes industrial development, is not effective in increasing the high-potential productivity. G2A: There is a harmony between technological uses and achieving goals in Human Resources Functions. G2B: There is no harmony between technological uses and reaching the targets in Human Resources Functions. The G1A and G2A hypotheses were accepted as a result of 'The Role of Human Resource Management in Providing High Potential Productivity in Industry 4.0 Axis' and the G1B and G2B hypotheses were rejected.
