Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, a commercial polyol, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) initiator was used additive clay as a material in Çankırı salt factory, mine waste and ash as a filler material obtained from the Eti maden ulexite, colemanite, tinkal and colemanite ore waste ore, aqueous (70% aqueous), ulexite (70% aqueous) waste. In this study, experimental parameters were determined polymer quantity, temperature 25ºC, pressure 1 atm, mixing speed 500 rpm, reaction time 30 s-15min. In this study, composite material was obtained by approximately 50 trials in which contribution rates varied. I and M are coded. Polymer 50 g with M code, additives 25g, polymer 25 g with I coding, additives 50 g were taken as. The size of the additives added to the mixture to be homogeneous (below 75 µm) was determined. FTIR, thermal conductivity, determination of hardness, mechanical strength, morpholological analysis were performed on the obtained composite products. When the pressure resistance analysis was examined, it was observed that the composite mixture with the waste tinkal and coal waste fly ash mixture had the highest pressure resistance. It is observed that the best contribution to hardness is in the composite material obtained by using ulexite. In addition, the composite materials consisting of waste tinkal and fly ash and waste ulexite, waste colemanite, waste solid clay waste have been shown to provide the best hardness resistance. The effect factor values on the pressure strength of the additive ratios are between 0 and 10/10 with expert system modeling work. These effect factors match the expert system rules and produce an optimum probability value each time the system is run, thus producing the probability value of printing strength, so that the relationship of printing strength with the material used is tested.
