Abstract (EN)
In this research ; layout plan , production process and material handling in thermal insulation material production plant are analysed and by using a general purpose layout optimization algorithm programme with improvements on layout and material flow network design , alternative plant layouts are suggested by evaluating the results obtained in case of re-design of plant layout.
