Abstract (EN)

In recent years, people are often exposed to electromagnetic waves because of increasing of using devices such as satellite broadcasting systems, microwave ovens, induction ovens, police and army radar systems and medical imaging. Particularly, the microwave sources which used in industry have extremely effects on human health. Because of inaccurate using of devices such as induction ovens etc. or leakage from from devices, serious damages can be occured in the brain, eye and skin tissue of the person who uses the device. In this study, at the frequencies of 915, 1800, 2100, 2450 MHz which are operating frequencies of industrial microwave sources, the SAR value and temperature rising in the tissues was computed by using multi layered tissue model. Analytical and numerical analysis were made by using of CST Microwave Studio and MATLAB programs. The results were compared with safety limit values and observed that they are under the safety limits.
