Abstract (EN)

This study aims to compare the alternative evaluating methods constructivist grid, descriptive branched tree and the traditional evaluating method multiple choice test for a meaningful relationship in physics. These three evaluating methods with the same performance objectives were applied to 226 students who were taught in the second semester at Aydınlıkevler Anadolu High School, Ayrancı Anadolu and Ayrancı High School in 2007 ? 2008.At the end of this study it was found that;1)There is a negative significant relationship between constructivist grid and descriptive branched tree, but this is meaningless.2)There is a positive significant relationship between descriptive branched tree and multiple choice test.3)There is a negative significant relationship between constructivist grid and multiple choice test which is meaningless.Key Words: Alternative measurement tools, constructivist grid, descriptive branched tree, multiple choice test
