Project examples offered for providing a better life for disableds

Turkey is a country where the living opportunities are limited. Being disabled; is the sum of the wrong believes in our brains which should be changed. Disableds have to learn living not only with their own physical, mental, psycological and emotional difficulties, but also with the environment which is not designed for them and the prejudice that people have about them. Because of this the 'rehabilitation in society' which is targeted by TTR thought, means a very important step through the solution of the problem in the countries like Turkey. The aim of this thesis is examining a new social model in the means of creating an environment that disableds need in Turkey. This group will include not only the disabled people but also the families which have disabled members. In the thesis; a social living center model, in which all of them can live together and be in interaction without being isolated from community, was examined.
