A virtue based justice conception; a research within the ideas of Alasdair Macintyre

This paper takes a brief look at Alasdair MacIntyre?s theory of ethic, within the extent of his virtue based morality and justice conception within a critical approach. My study shall be composed of four main sections.In the first section, the moral crisis and it?s causes in modern societies are investigated, through MacIntyre?s texts.In the second section, historical development of concept of virtue is inquired and in conclusion, MacIntyre?s theory of virtue is examined.Third section contains the examination of different traditions? rationality and justice conception. Besides, I tried to analize MacIntyre?s conception of justice.Last section reviews author?s work of morality in a critical perspective. Especially in this section, I tried to research MacIntyre?s work, according to the scope of Theory of Value.In the conclusion, further suggestions were made, based on the facts which were attained by this study.
