Today, organizations need to survive and respond to changing conditions in order to be better in the future. Human factor is one of the most important factors in the ever-changing order and developing technology process. The individual's own effort is not enough to achieve this. The changing structure of employment with technology has brought flexibility to the agenda. The needs are no longer limited, as opposed to the past, and individuals are exposed to long working hours. Apart from meeting these needs, the individual tries to meet his personal needs when he fulfills his responsibilities to his family and finally takes his time.
