Relationship between ethical and transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior

In this work, ethical leadership and transformational leadership were examined and the effect of ethical and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship was investigated.Today, thinking that traditional leadership insights are not enough, the necessity of a transformative leadership understanding, which is a leadership understanding aiming at change, has emerged. The importance of transformationist leadership is increasing in all sectors. Today, transformational leadership is seen as the best solution for overcoming difficulties. For this reason, there is a need for ethical leaders who are able to perceive the threats and possibilities in the face of changes in the world, and that can make the changes that the business owner will need with the support of their employees and ethical leaders who have a fair sense of government. For this reason, the relationship between ethical and transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior has been investigated. In accordence with this purpose,a survey of 335 people working in the service secter.First the findings which are obtoined with easy accessible technique,are subjected to factoral and reliabilty analysis and research findings are obtained SPSS 23.0 Program. Responses 305 participans are analyzed. The findings are examited by the method of percentage and freqvency. Tables of the results generalted and examited.In the course of examming survey and examited results factoral, safety and difference are appliec and caus relationships are investigatrd.
