Abstract (EN)
One of the most important people in the history of hadith methodology, Ibn al-Salâh and his work named Muqaddimah have an impact that has reached today. For this reason, it is important to identify the original features that distinguish Muqaddimah from the works written before and after him. In this thesis, it was researched Ibn al Salah's Muqaddimah within the context of its being influenced and the influence it exerted. As a result of the comparison made with al-Muhaddith al-fâsıl and Ma'rifat ulum al-hadith, which is one of the works before Ibn al-Salah, he was very selective in the transmission of information; he sometimes gave information through a chain of narration and pointed to the source of the information. It has been observed that he criticizes some of the information he received in his book and approves of some, and he sometimes behaves subjective while he is mostly objective. As a result of the comparison of the Muqaddimah with Nuzhah and Tadrib, written later, it was seen that Ibn al-Salah had an effect on the period after him in a way that would not allow denial, but this effect was limited, not imitated and opposed to him on many issues. Despite this, it is clear that he played a leading role in the development of hadith science. In addition, it has been reached the idea that criticism is important for the development of science and that criticism should not be avoided. Keywords: Ibn al-Salah, Muqaddimah, be influenced, influence
