Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of employees' interactional justice perceptions and communication satisfaction levels on organizational citizenship behaviors. It aims also to examine whether communication satisfaction has a mediating role in the relationship between interactional justice and organizational citizenship behaviors. For this purpose, data was collected through a questionnaire from the academic and administrative staff of Osmaniye Korkut Ata University. Analyzes were made with the data obtained from 390 valid questionnaires. Frequency analysis, normality test, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, structural equation model (SEM) and path analysis and Sobel test were used in data analysis. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that interactional justice affects communication satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. It has been found that communication satisfaction also affects organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, it has been demonstrated that communication satisfaction plays a mediating role in the impact of interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior.
