Abstract (EN)
The 21st century is an era of technical change and development that is progressing at a great pace, rapid dissemination of knowledge, globalization of economic and cultural values, increased mobility and flexibility, diminishing security and uncertainty. Students of this age have to prepare for an unpredictable future, and given the rapid growth of technological innovations, education needs to adapt to these innovations. Competencies such as creativity, critical thinking, flexibility, preparation for media and information communication, adaptation to extraordinary change, and directing change come to the fore. They need to master the 21st century skills It is thought that carrying out project-based studies in education, such as eTwinning activities, will make it easier to integrate the needed competencies into education by enriching the teaching fields and supporting the new century skills of teachers and students. One of the most essential goals of education is to make everyday life easier for students and to make them be prepared for their future lives. In this study, which aims to identify the level of 21st century education and training skills of educators participating in eTwinning Activities, the Descriptive (Screening) Cross-sectional pattern of non-experimental research methods was used. "Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) Scale in the scope of 21st Century Skills" was used in the research. The scale was developed by Valtonen et al. (2017) and adapted into Turkish by Muhammet Mustafa ALPASLAN, Özgür ULUBEY, and Rıdvan Ata (2021), the validity and reliability of the test was developed to be applied to teachers between the ages of 21-59 was used. According to the research findings, it has been determined that teachers' TPACK levels are at a good level within the scope of 21st century skills. In addition, when the demographic data of the teachers were examined, it was determined that most of them (57.7%) were between the ages of 36-45. Moreover, it was determined that among the teachers who participated in the study, the Pedagogical Knowledge of those aged between 46-55, and the Pedagogical Content Knowledge and Content Knowledge levels of the high school staff were at a very good level. , Based on demographic variables, the teachers with the highest TPACK level were determined as classroom teachers and teachers who work at the primary school level in the age range of 46-55.
