Evaluation of color changes after standing of colored CAD-CAM hybrid blocks in different drinks in whitening mouthwashes

Abstract (EN)
In this study, two different CAD / CAM hybrid ceramics (Crios Brilliant, Coltène / Whalednt, Altstätten, Switzerland and Cerasmart, GC Europe, Leuven, Belgium) will have three different coloring solutions (coffee, tea, distilled water) 3 hours a day. It was aimed to evaluate the effect of using two different whitening mouthwashes (Colgate Optik White, GABA InternationalAG, Therwil, Switzerland and ListerineAdvanced White, Johnson & Johnson, England) for two minutes a day after coloring for 4 weeks. In the study, the samples were standardized to be 1.2 mm thick and 12 x 6 mm, 10 in each group. Color measurements were made before coloring, 7th day, 14th day, 21st day and 28th day. The spectrophotometer Vita Easyshade Advance 4.0 (Vita Zahnfabrik Bad Sackigen Germany) was used for color measurements. Before and after my color me-asurements, it was made with a spectrophotometer using a white background suitable for CIE D65 illumination in a mechanism containing fluorescent lamps that mimic daylight. The formula "ΔE" determined by the CIELab color system was used to evaluate the difference between the two measurements. ΔWID was used to compare whiteness. The differences between the ΔE ΔWID values of the groups were evalua-ted with Friedman and Mann-Whitney U tests and were considered significant when (p<0.05). In the results of working; Except for the group where Coltene samples were kept in water and Colgate Optical White mouthwash was applied, color change was statistically significant according to days (p <0.05). The group with the highest color change was Crios Brilliant samples, which were colored with tea and bleached with Colgate Optical White mouthwash. The most whitening group was in the group whe-re Crios Brilliant samples were kept in water and whitened with Listerine Advanced White mouthwash.
