Abstract (EN)
As a result, the best connection system to be selected according to the assembly method in steel structures is bolted connections. Doing the weld in the workshop as much as possible, reducing the time of welded fabrication in the field is the best measure to take. In welded connections, in addition to all the risks of bolted connections; toxic gases, fire hazard, slower assembly speed carries more occupational safety risk.
