Abstract (EN)

In Feeding Activity of Moina Micrura (Kurz, 1874) (Cladocera) Fed with Different Microalgae Species (Chlorella vulgaris, Scenedesmus dimorphus) and Baker?s Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae )In this study, it was explored the feeding activity of Moina micrura (Kurz, 1874) a zooplankton (kladoser) type. Two different single cell microalgae made of Chlorella vulgaris, Scenedesmus dimorphus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast) used as an additional food in zooplankton culture have been used as food. In the first step of the exploration, a food the mixture which consist of Chlorella vulgaris (280x104 cell/ml), Scenedesmus dimorphus (70x104 cell/ml) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (210x104 cell/ml) has been given to Moina micrura as food and it has been found out that the higest ingestion rate of taking food which is 1148,71 cell/cladocera/min. belongs to Chlorella vulgaris. In the second step, a mixture which consist of two types algae has been given to Moina micrura and it has been obtained that the difference between the ingestion rate of taking food of two types is important. (p<0.05). In the third step, the mixture which consist of Scenedesmus dimorphus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae which was obtained to have the lowest ingestion rate of taking food in the second step has been given to Moina micrura as food and it has been obtained that the difference between the rates of taking food is important (p<0.05).Key words: Feeding Activity, Bekar?s Yeast, Microalgae, Moina micrura,
