Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, general information about are given that: knitting processes, different from weaving, knitted fabric mistakes, knitting machines. Affecting the properties of knitted fabrics and their influences on these properties. Over this study, rib, interlock and single jersey fabrics are produced on different adjustment by using ring and open-end rotor yarns. These fabric are examined for fabric course and wale density, pilling, spirality, dimensional stability, bursting strength and air permeability properties. In general, knitted fabrics properties are directly affected by fibers, yarn, knitting structure and finishing processes. That fabric was producted by Open-end rotor system pilling was seen more than that fabric was producted by ring. Bursting strench result was affected from yarn spinning type, yarn number and knits type. For this research, affecting the dimensional properties of knitted structures, loose knitted fabric has more dimensional. Spirality was seen the most of single Jersey fabrics.
