Change of soil moisture values in blackpine stands with different closures

In this study, the change in soil moisture values in areas with different closed larch stands in Kastamonu province was investigated. Research; The same view was made on 5 different forest plots at the same depth and in the same slope group. According to the results obtained from the measurements made between August 2020 and March 2021; The average moisture value of the soil in the OA (open area ) parcel is 28,12%; the average moisture value of the soil in the C1 (covered 1) parcel is 27,21%; the average moisture value of the soil in the C2 (covered 2) parcel is 28,73%; C3 (covered 3) The average moisture value of the soil was measured as 31,39% in the larch stand parcel) parcel, and the average moisture value of the soil in the CP (control parcel) parcel was measured as 26,45%. In the statistical evaluation, it was determined that the lowest soil moisture value was in the CP parcel and the highest soil moisture value was in the C3 parcel.
