Two inventories were used in the research, and validity and reliability were realized separately "Sportsman/Sportswoman Problem Scanning Inventory-L'" has got eight problem fields and 106 problem articles, and "Sportsman/Sportswoman Expectation Determination Inventory-L" has got seven Expectation Fields and 56 Expectation articles. Inventories and Personal Data Form were applied to 1073 sportsmen/sportswomen who were students and were determined as sampling. Findings obtained through this research can be summerized as follows: According to the arithmetic distribution which were obtained from "Sportsman Student Problem Scanning Inventory-L" the problems of the athlete students have been determined as follows: 1.Problems about the institution, establishment. 2. Problems about school life. 3. Problems about future expectations. 4. Problems about economical conditions. 5. Problems about other people. 6. Problems about family life. 7. Problems about personality and inner life. 8. Problems about body health and development In this listing it's observed that problems about the sports institutions, school lire, future expectations and economical conditions are the leading problems through all of the listing. This points out the importance of sports club, federation, media, school, future anxiety and economical conditions when compared to other fields of problems. According to the arithmetic distribution of the expectations of athlete students which were obtained from "Sportsman Student Expectation Determination Inventory-L". the expectation fields of the sportsmen, who joined in the research, have been determined in accordance with priority order as follows: 1. Expectations from sports club. 2. Expectations from school management. 3. Expectations from federation. 4. Expectations from family. 5. Expectations from media. 6. Expectations from friends. 7. Expectations from sponsors. As the leading expectations are from sports club, school and federation, it becomes clear that they have priority in solving problems of the athlete students which are caused by these students" athletic activities. Besides as a result of these findings it's understood that athlete students are mainh attending to state and private high schools which have developed substructures and these students have common problems and expectations although their problems and expectations differ due to their levels of personal knowledge. While educational programs and activities are being planned, determination of the problems and expectations of the sports students have a vital importance to provide beneficial sports services. It's also useful to make such regulations in every school and stage in certain periods. Thus it can be accepted that these findings and proposed solutions can be gathered and can give a direction to the facilities for sports students.
