Abstract (EN)
Within the scope of this thesis, CuO nanoparticles were obtained by green synthesis method by using the extracts of Rhizopogon roseolus and Coprinus comatus macrofungi collected from Osmaniye province. The effects on growth and development of Lepidium sativum (cress), Raphanus sativus (radish), and Zea mays (corn) seeds of CuO nanoparticles as in vitro nanofertilizer by preparing different concentrations (0, 62.5, 125, 250, and 500 ppm) and produced as calcined at 400, 600, and 800 oC separately, were investigated. CuO nanoparticles obtained by the green synthesis method using the extracts of both macrofungi separately were generally found to be more effective in the growth of all tested species at low levels (62.5 and 125 ppm).
