Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to investigate the welding parameters? effect in weld beam of ferrous and non ferrous metallic materials under friction welding. Copper alloy (CuCrZr) and free cutting steel ( 9SMn28 ) are used as experiment samples. During the experiments, Number of revolution is kept constant while four parameter groups are changed as friction pressure, friction time, forging pressure and forging time. For every parameter group tensile strength and micro-hardness values are investigated and temperature within 3 mm of weld bead is measured. In the light of gathered results, the effect of welding parameters on mechanical properties of welding joint is explained. Key Words: Friction welding, the welding of different metals.
