Abstract (EN)

In this study, effects of global warming on apple and many other fruit type of harsh sunlight fruit production stage of the protection, harvest time to determine and harvest occurring after loses to reduce and quality for the plant different colors and spectral distribution of color cover materials the storage wereinvestigated. In this study, control (uncoated), white, red and pearl net covers of Fuji apple cultivars were used. The preharvest physiological measurements of apple cultivar, determination of harvest time and some parameters during postharvest preservation were examined. As a result of this study, it is observed that net systems of different colors reduce sunburn damage during fruit development periods and increase color intensity in apple cultivars. The best coloration was achieved under a white and pearl net. In Fuji apple cultivar, the weight of the fruits under nets were found to be similer to each other, but the heaviest fruits were seen in pearl net covers. It was observed that the fruits grown under cover material of different color were increased in terms of the amount of TSS and the values of TSS were similer to each other. When the flesh firmness was examined, it was observed that all nets colors decreased firmness as the approaching harvest time.As a result of this study, it is concluded that there are advantages of net usage possibilities in different colors and that the studies can be developed with some modifications and used in production and storage applications.
