Abstract (EN)

In the study, the effects of different ratios of dietary nutrients such as honey, bran and insect hemolymph fluid on the rate of development and protein synthesis of the larvae of Galleria mellonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) were investigated by using semi-synthetic diet. G. mellonella for feeding larvae, including the control of diet and hemolymph three different rate ( 45 ml, 30 ml and 15 ml) a total of four different diets rates were used. According to diet that control the rate of Hemolymph 45 ml, larvae, growth rate and significantly increased the percentage of protein synthesized. Hemolymph rate is 30 ml and 15 ml in diets and protein synthesis on the growth of the larvae was not effective. The tried-nutrient components of diet containing 45 ml hemolymph G. mellonella was found to be of critical importance for the quantitative aspects.
