Abstract (EN)

In this study, soy (Glycine max L.), which stands out in the plant world with its rich content, was used the plant was used. The existence of the soy plant was known to humans until 3-4 thousand years ago. From the soy plant, which is quite rich in protein, milk, fat, flour are produced and even the increased pulp is used as animal feed. We measured and investigated some enzyme amounts and color pigments of soybeans, which have both an industrial and economic place, at different wavelengths. In this study conducted in a laboratory environment, we grew a soy plant in a climate cabinet adjusted to a certain temperature and humidity ratio. As a result, we found that enzyme and pigment activities had significant differences in the rank corresponding to the red and yellow wavelength compared to control plants. We think that this study will be a preliminary prescription for researchers who want to see the differences in enzyme activities at different wavelengths of the soy plant in the future.
