Evaluation of yield and certain quality characteristics of reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) culitvated on different substrates

Daha sonra dold In this study, growing medium test was conducted to grow Ganoderma lucidum (reishi), a medicinal mushroom species whose production is not common in our country. It is aimed to bring some plant wastes, which are frequently grown in our country, into production. The mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum mushroom used in the experiment was obtained from Atatürk Horticultural Central Research Institute. In the study, 9 different media were prepared according to the following recipe as substrate; S-1: 40% sawdust + 40% chickpea stem + 20% bran, S-2: 60% sawdust + 20% chickpea stem + 20% bran, S-3: 40% sawdust + 40% pea stem + 20% bran , S-4: 60% sawdust + 20% pea stem + 20% bran, S-5: 40% sawdust + 40% poppy stalk + 20% brand, S-6: 60% sawdust + 20% poppy stalk + 20% bran, S-7: 40% sawdust + 40% corn cob + 20% bran, S-8: 60% sawdust + 20% corn cob + 20% bran and S-9 (control): 80% sawdust + 20% bran. Fungi were obtained from all substrates. The highest substrate ash ratio was obtained from S1 medium with 17,29%. The earliest fungal formation was obtained from S8 and S9 media with 51 days. The biological efficiency rate ranged between 5,86% and 1,14%. The highest total yield was recorded in S6 medium with 88,38%. urulacaktır.
