Abstract (EN)

The bee plant is also called royal jelly because it is a rare plant that can create a source of nectar and pollen that can meet the needs of bees. It also meets the roughage requirement. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the bean plant used in ruminant animal feeding on the silage feed value and methane production potential. Dry matter, crude protein, pH, crude ash, crude oil, crude fiber, ADF and NDF levels were determined in silage groups at the end of the 56-day ensiling period. Nutrient content values of bean silage before and during the flowering period KM 23-22.4 HP 16.3-13.7 HY 2.7-3.2 HK 9.5-9.7 ADF 34.2-35 NDF 41.1 It is measured as -48.5. As it progresses from the preflowering period to the mid-flowering period, the amount of crude protein in the fresh material decre ases; It was determined that the amount of crude oil, dry matter, raw ash, fiber insoluble in neutral detergent, fiber insoluble in acid detergent increased. In addition, another result of our study shows that if the pH value of the silage is low, it has better quality and is important in terms of preserving its nutritional values
