Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis is to develop interactive smart devices applications with in of FATİH Project to ensure residual learning "heat and temperature" unit for 9th grade physics course. For this purpose, applications were developed parallel to changes made in 2013 in 9 th class physics curriculum The thesis includes, the scenarios produced according to new objectives to eliminate conceptual complexity about the course. After that these scenarios work up in to animations by using CrazyTalk Animator software. For easy use of the animations, an interface was developed by using Adobe Flash Cs 6 software to work with android based mobile devices and on internet. 2018, ix + 132 pages Key Words: Distance Learning, Content Development, Fatih Project, Heat And Temperature, Learning Material Development, Mobile Content Development, Scenario
