The data were collected using the "Online Learning Readiness Scale". Its validity and reliability were ensured during the adaptation studies of the scale into Turkish. The data obtained in the research was analyzed with S.P.S.S. 26 package programs. As a result of the analyzes obtained, it was found that the readiness levels of science teachers are higher than those of science teacher candidates. A significant difference was observed between the average score they received from the online learning readiness scale between science teachers and science teacher candidates and the scores of the sub-dimensions of the scale. It is concluded that this difference is in favor of science teachers.
