Abstract (EN)
In this study, the usability of monomer and polymer complexies composed by Co[II], Mn[II] and Ru[III] transition metal of Schiff based ligands which are got as a result of condensation of 4-hydroxysalicylaldehyde with the p-phentylenediamine, ethylenediamine and o-phentylenediamine in oxidation of alkenes were investigated. The effects of catalytic activity of Schiff base complexies on Styrene oxidation chosen as a model compound, in terms of parameters like heat (25 oC ve 80 oC), time (4, 8 ve 12 hour), oxidant (H2O2, TBHP ve DtBP), solvent (Acetonitrile and benzene) and quantity of catalyst were investigated. All the products occured as a result of oxidation were characterized by analyzing spectroscopic methods with GC and/or GC-MS. The most effective results can be observed in TBHP existence, in reactions that styreneoxide and benzaldehyde are produced as the main products. Additionally, it is observed that the reactions realized 80 oC have the higher transform percentage.
