Abstract (EN)

In recent years, the need for low expectation, low loss, high selectivity and compact size microwave filters for modern wireless communication tools has been increasing, especially in systems within the scope of 5G Technology and IoT applications. Multi-frequency mixed filters have advantages such as compact assets and simultaneous operation. In addition, multi-band filters have an important role in miniaturization, as they can be used as a tuned circuit. These works have been referenced in dual-mode and sideline filter models and new models have been realized. The dual-mode filter design has been studied by providing perturbation limitations in the dual-mode microwave filter design and excitation of degenerate modes with this effect. In the sideline filter design, it is desired to obtain a smoother passband in the desired frequency range in the filter response with the loading elements. In this context, in this thesis study, primarily dual-mode and stub filter designs will be referenced, new designs will be realized, and in the next step, it is aimed to realize an adjustable multi-band multi-mode microwave filter design by combining these two designs by cloning the filter characteristics. In the last stage, electrical multi-band multi-mode microstrip filter design has been carried out within the scope of the desired and controllable quality of the filter designs with planar structures.
