Abstract (EN)
The worldwide financial crisis of 2008 prompted the rise of crowdfunding. The public's attention was drawn to crowdfunding, which prompted the system to create news models. The equity crowdfunding model is one of these options and it is the focus of our research. The primary goal of equity crowdfunding is to raise funds from the public using online platforms in exchange for shares that reflect the company's at-risk capital and provide shareholders partnership rights. After a thorough review of how equity crowdfunding works and who is involved, this research looked at the legal connection between the various parties involved from an Islamic perspective. As a result of these studies, relationships which are suitable for Islamic law have been specified and suggestions are made for those which are not. On the other hand, the capital, shares issued and profit / loss distribution of the start-up company raising funds using equity crowdfunding were analyzed while comparing the norms of civil law as well as Islamic law. These studies have resulted in determining equity crowdfunding in Islamic law.
