Abstract (EN)
In this study, file organization and file Access techniques and order problems are examined. This thesis consists of three parts. In the first part genarel information about computers is given and file and file techniques are explained. In this second part data structures and link techniques, that is the most used Access technique, and its features are expressed. The third part consists of special applications of link technique.
