Abstract (EN)
Various quantitative determinationmethods of fluconazole were applied to the drugs that marketed in Turkey used for the treatment of fungi infections and especially Candida Albicans infections.In this study, for quantitative determination of fluconazole, 1H-NMR, HPLC and UV methods were assayed and the methods were applied to fluconazole standard laboratory samples and five different commercial forms.The results of these three different methods were evaluated statistically and they were compared with eachother for their quickness, practical and economical advantages.
