Abstract (EN)
In this study, hazelnut shell was evaluated as a biomass source and pyrolysis was carried out in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of parameters such as temperature and rice husk addition on the yield of pyrolysis products were investigated in the experiments. Experiments were carried out at 400, 450, 500, 550 ° C, 10 °C/ min heating rate and at a flow rate of 1 L/min using entrained nitrogen gas (N2). Changes in solid, fuel, water and gas product yields were investigated by adding 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% rice husk at the determined optimum temperature value. It was observed that the addition of 15% rice husk 85.09% increase in productivity according to F10 fuel. Compared with diesel fuel, it is seen that there is a decrease in engine torque and engine power, and an increase in specific fuel consumption. Soot density, F10 fuel usage in CO and HC emissions decreased, and NO and CO2 emissions increased.
