Abstract (EN)
Motor drives play an important role in power electronics applications. Nowadays, when electric vehicles become widespread (such as automobiles and motorcycles), the speed of the engines used in these vehicles should be controlled accurately. Furthermore, with this control, the energy stored in the batteries should be used with the highest efficiency. Although different motors are used in vehicles running with electric motors, Brushless DC Motors (BLDC) are used mostly in English. In these motors, either solvent, encoder or Hall sensors called sincos are used for position data. The position information of the windings is an important factor for controlling the motor. After the position data is obtained, the necessary switching elements are controlled by the controller and the motor windings are energized. In this way, the movement of the motor is provided as a result of the pushing and pulling force formed between the magnets and the windings.
