Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of girdling, pruning, potassium, plant growth regulator (Dichlorprop-p, Dichlorprop-p + Amino acid, Dichlorprop-p + Potassium) and seaweed extract applications on fruit size and quality of the Fremont Mandarin variety was investigated. The yield has been higher than control in all applications. The highest fruit yield was found in the application of seaweed extract (129.12 kg). This was followed by the use of Dichlorprop-p (126.00 kg), Dichlorprop-p + Potassium (125.53 kg), Dichlorprop-p + Amino Acid (123.25 kg) and Double Girdling-1 (DG-1) (117.17 kg). It was found that the lowest fruit yield was in the control trees with 81.58 kg. Compared with the control treatment, it was determined that the fruit diameter average increased in all applications. The highest fruit diameter values were obtained from trees applied DG-1 and SWE applied trees, while the lowest fruit diameter was determined in control trees. When the yield and fruit size are evaluated together, it is seen that the SWE and DG-1 applications are more successful than other applications.
