Abstract (EN)
Gamification is listening to what games can teach us and learning from game design, psychology, management, marketing, economics and their mechanisms to create a special system which sets up motivation and a fun base. These special and focus systems are constantly growing together with exploring and understanding the importance and impact of them. This thesis aims to describe gamification with its core elements and concepts, give an understanding of the importance of gamification as a powerful tool and how it might be valuable and effective by examining some specific tangible examples of gamification from everyday life. Furthermore, a research on understanding the general knowledge and outlook for the gamification is added as a part of the thesis. Keywords: Gamification, Motivation, Communication, Game Design, Gamified Systems
