Abstract (EN)

In this study, basidiospores were collected from the basidiocarp of spore laden Ganoderma lucidum. One loop of Basidiospores were washed in the final concentration of 3% H2O2 and diluted with the sterile water. Then the spores were spread on CYM containing petri dihes. Germinated spores were selected by aid of microscope and monokaryon mycelia were produced. With mating tests, compatible mycelia were selected and the presence of dikaryon mycelia were understood by clamp connections. 15 monokaryons and 9 dikaryons which produced by that 15 monokaryons were selected. The total proteins of these mycelia were isolated and for investigation of protein patterns, SDS-PAGE was done. The results indicated that dikaryons have common protein bands with their parent and also in same conditions, dikaryons have some apparent products which are not apparent at monokaryons. In an other study, four different mouse groups were used and the tissues of liver and kidney of these mice were isolated. The results showed that at the group which was given Ganoderma lucidum extracts, concentration of p53 from mice? liver tissues changed in comparision with control group. In addition to basal diet, between the group which have Ganoderma lucidum extracts and the control group, there was differences at a level of malonic dialdehyde in the tissues of liver and kidney. As a result, the hot water extract of Ganoderma lucidum have positive effects on reparing damages in damaged cell metabolism and have effects on protecting natural cell metabolism.
