Abstract (EN)
Mobbing is a situation that people frequently encounter in working life. This thesis study, which examines the mobbing experiences of white collar employees in Gaziantep, consists of three parts. Within the scope of the study, in-depth interviews were conducted with fifteen women and seven men from different professions. Throughout the study, mobbing experience has been discussed in relation to gender perspective. In this context, the position of white collar employees depending on their changes in business life is discussed. The sharpening of the upside-down relationships in the business life, insecure work relationships, the rise anxiety of the individuals working in the same status, the stressful and tense environment and gender roles in the business life shape the mobbing experience. In this context, the causes, effects and consequences of mobbing are discussed in many ways. Key words:Mobbing, Gender, White-Collar Workers, Business Life, Gaziantep
