Pollen and physico-chemical for the parameters analyses of honey in Gaziantep region

18 honeysamplesweretakenfrom Gaziantep and nine differentlocalities in 2012-2013 pollenandphysico-chemicalanalysisperformed on thesesamples. Followingthe polen analysis, 88 taxabelongingto 38 familiesweredetected. Insamples, predominant polen typeswereFabaceae, Medicagosp.,Salicaceae, Salix sp. Insamples, secondarypollentypeswereFabaceae, Coronillasp.,Trifoliumsp., Astragalussp., Apiaceae, Pimpinella sp.,Daucussp., Lamiaceae, Thymussp., Fagaceae, Quercus sp. andAsteraceae, Carduussp. Apiaceae, Daucus sp.,Pimpinella sp., Asteraceae, Carduus sp., Centaurea sp., Fabaceae, Coronilla sp., Medicago sp., Trifolium sp., Vicia sp., Astragalussp., Lamiaceae, Thymus sp. andSalicaceae, Salixsp. werethemostrepresentedtaxas.
