Abstract (EN)
Gas springs are an industrial product that performs the function of opening and closing with a damping force under a certain speed control in the application area, although it has various usage areas. The aim of this study is to determine the state functionality of the gas springs during the closing position, the velocity and the movement of the fluid in connection with it. Based on this situation, a structure similar to the gas spring closing movement will be created and the effects of the orifice, one of the gas spring internal structure elements, during flow will be observed. Orifice designs in different structures, the effect of the orifice on the gas spring internal structure depending on the piston speed, the effect of the fluid cross-section on the orifice will be the main steps of the analysis and comparisons will be made and the results will be evaluated.
